Welcome to EnglishMe! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EnglishMe mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using EnglishMe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

EnglishMe offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features and content. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms. Prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect subscriptions already purchased.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.
While we strive to provide accurate educational content, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or complete. The App is intended for educational purposes and should not be the sole basis for important decisions.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnglishMe and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EnglishMe and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting the App from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EnglishMe regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
